Vimal Jyothi Public School is an educational enterprise of the Sacred Heart Congregation, Jyothi Province, Kothamangalam. Ever since the founding of the Congregation in 1911, it tooks special care and interest in the education of the people of the locality. Vimal Jyothi envisions value of excellence in imparting education as divinely inspired by our heavenly patron Venerable Rev.Fr. Mathew Kadalikkattil, the founder of S.H Congregation. So it has a dream to fulfill “GYANENA MUKTI”which means LIBERATION THROUGH WISDOM. We are proud enough to exhibit before you Vimal Jyothi's unwavering commitment to quality formation in the academic and non-academic development of our students. We envision to chisel out enthusiastic, resilient, knowledge yearning, motivated and empowered generation who contribute to the betterment of our nation. We nurture our children to live and cherish each moment of their life with grace, gratitude and generosity. Yes! it is obvious that Vimal Jyothi is the apt place to the holistic development of your child.

Curriculum

The School provides highly efficient coaching to both boys and girls according to the syllabus prescribed by the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi, The objective of the curriculum is to develop the student's individual potentialities rather than to confine him/her to books alone. The medium of instruction is English. Hindi and Malayalam will also be included in the curriculum. Periodical and continuous evaluation and parent/ teacher meetings will help to assess the level of attainment of the student.

The Aims and objectives of the School are: Primarily to provide children sound education based on religious and moral values. Admission is open to all good and earnest candidates irrespective of caste and creed, for, we base our training on the Fatherhood of God and the consequent brotherhood of all men.

We make students not only manly but Godly too... We form them to be intellectually competent, spiritually stable, exponents of moral values and an authentic human being.
